REQUESTED CPC BYLAW AMENDMENT
The Colorado Parents' Club executive board would like to amend our current bylaws in relation to the criteria for the Honorary CPC Membership. Please see the additions list below. The modification will allow us to be more inclusive to anyone wanting to support CPC including, but not limited to, USAFA affiliated individuals, businesses and organizations.
A general membership meeting is scheduled for August 3, 2025 @ 9 AM via zoom to discuss this amendment. The CPC General Membership has 30 days to reach out to any officer on the executive board (please see the "Contact" section for a list of those individuals) on or before August 2, 2025 to request that the scheduled membership meeting stay as scheduled. If no request is received, the meeting will be canceled and the amendments will be approved.
1) Chapter 1, Section 2: (e) Any USAFA affiliated person/business/organization who wants to assist in fulfilling the mission of the Colorado Parents' Club.
2) CPC reserves the right to remove any Honorary members with a majority executive board approval.
