Parents Guide

The Colorado Parent Club has created an informational booklet titled "Cadet Parent Guide". This booklet details the unique Academy experience, from In-Processing through Commissioning. Additionally there are maps, phone lists, and general information for visitors to the Colorado Springs area. Although primarily designed and created for USAFACPC members, the booklet is for sale to all parents of cadets.

Changes to the Parent's Guide are listed below. You have your choice of formats.
Click on the "X" in the box of the desired format and it will open the file of that format for downloadong to your computer. If there are no boxes, then it is a small write-in change that did not warrant a full page.

1. On page ii, the contact information for purchasing this guide is The Colorado Parents Club at www.usafacpc.org only. Contact information for Suzanne Ross has been removed.
2. On page 15, Class of 2005 and 2006 class colors have been removed and Class of 2012 AND 2013 have been added. Class of 2012 - Blue, Class of 2013 - Silver.
3. On page 18, the current correct format of cadet email address is C (for cadet), class year (08, 09, 10, etc.), first name.(period)lastname@usafa.af.mil.
4. On page 19, the correct URL for Air Force Sports is www.goairforcefalcons.com. Also, the URL for the Terrazzo Camera has been permanently deactivated.
5. On page 25, The "Bring Me Men..." sign was replaced with the Cadet Core Values

6. On page 52, Squadron Insignia have been added, page 53 - 54 have the complete 40 squadron telephone directory. Due to the additional squadrons, The Air Force Song and the remainder of the guide begin on page 55 instead of 54.
