Why join the Colorado Parents Club (CPC)?

  • Support to your child! This is the main reason for our existence.
    • The CPC directly and indirectly supports our cadets as well as the whole cadet wing.
    • Several parents in the Colorado Springs area are sponsors.
    • The CPC provides a "Goodie Bag" several times a year as both a cadet morale booster and a fund raising activity for the CPC.
    • We host a HUGE tailgate party at a football game and the cadets come in droves!
    • And no cadet is ever turned away at our tailgate area when we meet there. The tailgate area is open to ALL cadets as a service by the CPC.
    • We support the Rando Fund, a fund administered by the USAFA Chaplains to provide financial support primarily to cadets who need to go on emergency leave or, in the saddest cases, attend the funerals of one of their fellow students.

  • Support group for you! We are here to help each other!
    • We have already been through this rather unique experience and can help you in more ways than you can imagine!
    • Many parents are ex-military and can help you dealing with the military structure and environment at the USAFA.
    • Several sustaining members work at the USAFA and provide invaluable assistance to the CPC.
    • We meet periodically during the year and also congregate at our reserved tailgate area in the football stadium parking lot.

  • Need more info?   • Cost and joining. The menu on the left side has a section called "Forms". Select the submenu links in this section and you will go to webpages which have information on dues, a membership form and a nametag order form. If you have more than one cadet attending the US Air Force Academy, membership dues are discounted for the additioanl cadets.


  • The Colorado Parents Club is a Non-Profit organization, membership dues are tax deductions. All dues go to support club activities such as picnics and the Annual Dinner.
